Front-End Leadership: Act as a visible presence across all front-end service operations, utilising headsets to quickly support colleagues and ensure customers complete purchases quickly and efficiently.
Team Development: Build a supportive, performance-driven culture that coaches colleagues to build competence, confidence, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Operational Management: Confidently utilise dashboards and reports to make data-driven decisions, root-cause issues, plan workloads, and implement corrective actions.
Department Coordination: Oversee day-to-day communication across front-end departments (including cash, petrol station, kiosk, customer service desk, trolleys, and car park) while ensuring full compliance with legal, cash-handling, and safety procedures.
People & Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and maintaining effective relationships, developing teams, and coaching for high performance.
Operational Knowledge: Strong operational and technical knowledge of retail service departments, with the ability to plan, organise, and manage workloads to strict deadlines.
Customer Focus: A helpful, friendly style with a passion for going above and beyond for customers.
Eligibility: Must be over the school leaver's age.
