Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care, companionship, and emotional support tailored to residents' individual needs.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, hydration, and social engagement.
Monitor residents' wellbeing, report any changes to senior staff, and maintain accurate care records.
Work closely with nurses, senior care assistants, families, and the wider care team to deliver person-centred care.
