In this secondary leadership role, you will work alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, seasonal, and nutritionally balanced meals for residents. You will assist in designing menus tailored to specific dietary needs, controlling kitchen inventory, ensuring strict food safety compliance, and mentoring junior kitchen team members to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Support kitchen leadership in daily operations, menu planning, and preparing nutritious, diet-sensitive meals with fresh produce.
Manage stock control, monitor food waste, and maintain kitchen operations within designated food cost parameters.
Enforce Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations while training, supervising, and developing kitchen staff.
