About the Role

Are you friendly, hands-on, and passionate about delivering fantastic customer service? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find dedicated individuals for their Market Street and Café team in Edinburgh!

In this role, you will help prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food that Morrisons is famous for. Whether you are serving meals in the Café, or preparing fresh pizzas, fish, or meat cuts on Market Street, you will play a vital role in making the customer experience special every day.

You will work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear daily routines. Cross-training across other store areas—such as Replenishment and Customer Service—will also be provided, meaning flexibility and strong teamwork skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh food options across the Café and Market Street counters.

• Provide a helpful, welcoming, and friendly approach to all shoppers and diners.

• Handle equipment safely and follow established operational processes.

• Support customers by resolving queries and ensuring shelves and counters are well-stocked.

• Adapt flexibly to different store departments including Replenishment and Customer Service when needed.
