In this vital clinical role, you will provide strong leadership for care staff while supporting residents who have complex care and dependency needs. You will oversee clinical excellence across the home by carrying out specialized nursing procedures, administering medication, maintaining rigorous infection control, and creating comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care, including wound care, catheter management, medication administration, and infection prevention protocols.

• Provide clinical direction and leadership for care assistants while striving to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.

• Formulate and update detailed, person-centered care plans using clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN.

• Direct experience using clinical assessment tools (e.g., MUST, Waterlow) and drafting comprehensive care plans.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills paired with a commitment to high-quality care.
