Paediatric Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: London (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Full-time and part-time available (Minimum commitment: 21 hours per week)
Shifts: 10-hour night shifts
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average shift patterns)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide specialist one-to-one care for a young child with complex healthcare needs in their family home. (Note: This is dedicated home care with a single client per shift—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide tailored, person-centred support meeting the child's complex clinical and daily needs.
Assist with personal care, daily routines, and monitoring overall wellbeing.
Follow established care plans, clinical guidance, and maintain accurate care records.
Work independently within a supportive care team to help create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for the child and their family.
