Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Mindplace
Location: Fulham Broadway, SW6 1AH
Rate of Pay: £30,500 per annum + excellent benefits
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Rotating weekday shifts between 08:00 to 22:00, with occasional rotational weekend shifts 09:00 to 17:00 and a day off in lieu provided during the week to maintain a 5-day working week)
We are partnering with Bupa’s innovative Mindplace centre at Fulham Broadway to find a dedicated Administrative Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Mindplace centres are dedicated spaces offering expert face-to-face mental health support, grounded in nearly 80 years of trusted care.
As an Administrative Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will efficiently manage all front-of-house, administrative, and receptionist activities, serving as a key support network to ensure that every customer—adult and child alike—receives a special and memorable experience.
Greet and welcome customers warmly, supporting their entire journey through the centre right through to a thorough checkout.
Manage incoming queries via phone calls, emails, and local mailboxes, providing proactive communication.
Maintain beautifully presented reception and waiting areas while ordering stock and processing invoices or delivery notes.
Handle complete customer administration, including appointment scheduling, consent forms, paperwork preparation, and payment/invoice processing on EXACT/BOSS/Meddbase.
Manage results securely (receiving, scanning, and uploading) and ensure customer reports are dispatched within the desired timeframes, effectively tracking abnormal results and supplier SLAs.
Previous administrative and reception experience coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A friendly, welcoming demeanor dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
Well-organised, reliable, computer-literate, and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
Flexibility regarding hours, days, and rotating shift patterns, with a resilient and adaptable approach.
Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
Competitive Salary: £30,500 per annum on a permanent full-time contract.
