Position: Third Party Risk Manager
Location: Hybrid Working (2 days in the office) at Bupa Place, Manchester or Angel Court, London
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Until October 2027), Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: From £56,000+ (dependent on location and experience)

We are seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Manager to join Procurement's Centre of Excellence on a fixed-term contract. In this key role, you will help identify, assess, and manage risks across Bupa's supplier landscape, ensuring policies are followed, regulatory standards are met, and our business and reputation are protected.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of Procurement's third-party risk management approach and controls framework.
Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, supplier governance standards, and regulatory outsourcing requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert, monitoring supplier risks and providing expert guidance and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Produce meaningful reporting, management information, and governance committee materials for senior stakeholders.
Work closely with category teams across the supplier lifecycle to support assurance activities, audit testing, and risk reviews.
Proven experience in third-party risk management, supplier assurance, procurement risk, or a similar corporate governance role.
Strong understanding of supplier risk management frameworks, controls, and supply chain processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements within a regulated environment, including FCA and PRA expectations.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to analyze complex risk information and present clear recommendations.
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
