Supportive Bridge Staffing is excited to partner with Lift Montgomery Primary to recruit a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with class teachers and SEND colleagues to support pupils' academic progress, personal growth, and confidence. Whether working with whole classes, leading targeted small-group interventions, or providing 1:1 support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Classroom & Group Support: Assist pupils with learning activities across the curriculum, working with individuals and small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
Fostering Independence: Help children develop positive learning behaviors, self-confidence, and independent problem-solving skills.
Inclusive Environment: Collaborate with class teachers and SEND specialists to adapt learning materials to meet diverse pupil needs.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Promote pupil welfare and emotional wellbeing, maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive classroom climate at all times.
Team Collaboration: Share observations with teachers to help track student progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
Experience & Background:
Direct experience working with children, ideally within a primary school or early years setting.
Practical understanding of primary curriculum delivery and classroom support strategies.
