Key Responsibilities
Support residents during night shifts with personal care, mobility needs, and evening/morning routines with dignity and respect.
Assist in delivering personalized care plans and conduct regular wellbeing checks throughout the night.
Maintain a peaceful, secure, and homely atmosphere that supports resident comfort and safety.
Requirements
Willingness to work full-time night shifts, including alternate weekend availability.
A caring, passionate, and empathetic nature focused on delivering resident-centered care.
Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for completing structured onboarding via the Learning Academy.
