In this vital role, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all resident rooms and communal areas within the home. Working closely with the housekeeping and care teams, you will oversee laundry duties, respect residents' personal preferences, and build warm, positive relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across resident bedrooms, communal spaces, and facility areas.

• Process residents' laundry care and clothing to the highest standard while respecting individual preferences and belongings.
