In this vibrant role, you will design and implement personalized activity plans that encourage residents to remain active, independent, and mentally stimulated. By liaising with families, care staff, and local community groups, you will foster an inclusive, enjoyable, and enriching environment tailored to the diverse interests and goals of every resident.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized, creative activity programs that support residents' independence, well-being, and personal goals.

• Collaborate with families, residents, and local community organizations to create engaging social events and meaningful life experiences.

• Bring creative energy, initiative, and flexibility to introduce new experiences while maintaining a mature, resident-focused approach.

Requirements

• A creative, enthusiastic, and empathetic disposition aligned with Care UK’s values of Caring, Passionate, and Teamwork.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to build connections with residents, families, and community groups.

• A proactive mindset with the initiative to design diverse group and one-on-one activities; prior experience in activity coordination or care settings is advantageous.
