About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Co-op to recruit a friendly and dedicated Customer Team Member for their busy store on Old Evanton Road in Dingwall.

If you are looking for a flexible part-time retail role where you can support your local community, receive full paid training, and work within a supportive team environment, this is a fantastic opportunity! No prior retail experience is necessary—just a genuine passion for helping people.

• Working Pattern: A mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. Availability can be discussed further at your interview.

• Key Tasks: Operating tills, working hands-on on the shop floor, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and promoting Co-op Membership.
