Working Hours: Flexible 4 hours per day (must include at least 2 hours after school, starting around 3:15pm)
Salary: £13,071.00 – £13,277.00 per annum (Actual Salary) + Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) & Lift Schools Benefits

Supportive Bridge Staffing is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly School Cleaner to join our client, Lift Broadlands.
In this important position, you will play a key role in keeping the school clean, safe, and welcoming so that pupils can learn in a pristine environment. Working alongside a supportive facilities team, you will ensure classrooms, offices, corridors, and communal spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Daily Cleaning: Sweep, vacuum, mop, polish, and dust designated areas across the school campus.
Hygiene Maintenance: Empty rubbish bins and replenish hand towels, soap, toilet rolls, and bin liners.
Periodic Deep Cleaning: Support scheduled deep-cleaning duties during school holiday closure periods.
Safe Equipment Usage: Operate cleaning tools and handle materials safely according to training and COSHH guidelines.
Reporting & Facilities: Notify the School Operations Manager of any stock requirements, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
Qualities & Skills:
Reliable, energetic, and proactive attitude with pride in creating safe spaces for children.
Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
Physical capability to comfortably perform manual cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, stretching).
Previous commercial or institutional cleaning experience is welcome, but full training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
