You will deliver hands-on clinical treatments, oversee medication management and infection control, guide care staff, and create personalized care plans to ensure clinical excellence throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration, wound management, catheter care, and infection prevention.

• Create, update, and evaluate detailed, person-centered care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

• Provide clinical direction and supervisory support to care assistants, ensuring high standards of safety and care.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registered Nurse qualification with current PIN.

• Proficiency in using clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.
