At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Whitewater Place Care Home in Odiham.

In this rewarding role, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive high-quality, dignified personal care, mealtime assistance, and genuine companionship. Every shift is varied and fulfilling—whether you are following personalized care plans, assisting with daily routines, or spending quality one-on-one time sharing stories and connecting with residents.

What You'll Do

• Person-Centered Support: Assist residents with personal hygiene, daily mobility, and nutritional needs in accordance with individual care plans.

• Warm Companionship: Build respectful, friendly relationships with residents, ensuring everyone receives personal attention and emotional support.

• Teamwork & Care: Collaborate with nursing and care colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Flexible Shift Cover: Step in flexibly across day or night shifts to provide essential support during annual leave, sickness, or peak operational periods.

About You

• Experience: Prior experience in caring for older individuals (in a professional setting or personal capacity).

• Key Strengths: Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a proactive "can-do" approach.
