About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant for Raleigh Manor Care Home.
In this important leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure exceptional, person-centred care and support during the day. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team of Care Assistants, support clinical tasks such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews, and help maintain a warm, vibrant, and welcoming environment for everyone.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated care professional ready to lead by example. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific clinical care knowledge relating to the elderly.
Attributes: Compassionate, warm-hearted, and equipped with strong motivational and leadership skills. (Ongoing training is provided, offering clear career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing pathways!)
