About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursing Care Manager for Hampstead Court Care Home in London.
In this vital clinical leadership role, you will ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care to residents while directly managing and leading the Registered General Nurses on your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the resident assessment process, ensuring care plans are accurate, person-centred, and actively involve residents in identifying their needs and preferences.
Ensure relevant resident information is communicated effectively across teams using appropriate methods (such as APB, handover, and electronic care systems).
Take overall responsibility for managing the nursing team, introducing effective communication channels such as team meetings, boards, and regular structured updates.
Support, guide, and develop team members by conducting regular supervisions, one-to-ones, annual reviews, and managing individual performance.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse qualification.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience with evidence of ongoing professional development in elderly care or a relevant field.
Management Skills: Proven management background combined with a comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
