As the Deputy Nurse Manager at Four Hills Care Home, you will support the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading by example, monitoring clinical standards through regular audits, and supervising clinical practice
Managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Ensuring full regulatory compliance and helping drive home strategies and goals
Motivating and developing the care team to deliver excellence across the board
About You
To join us as a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will need:
Experience in supporting residents with diverse health and clinical needs
A successful track record in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Some background in HR, budget management, and a strong understanding of commercial practices
