Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, delegating tasks to care assistants and supporting residents with daily living needs.

• Manage resident care plans, conduct risk assessments, and safely administer and record medications.

• Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and leadership to continuously develop home care services.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) with strong leadership and work delegation skills.

• Thorough understanding of care planning processes and medication administration procedures.

• Excellent communication, IT literacy, and organizational abilities paired with a resident-focused approach.
