Bank Nurse Manager

In this role, you will provide strong clinical leadership to care staff, manage complex clinical needs, and ensure the highest standards of nursing care across the home. You will oversee clinical tasks such as medication management, wound care, and catheter management, alongside developing comprehensive care plans that prioritize resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise care staff during shifts, maintaining continuous clinical excellence and high standards of care.

• Provide expert clinical nursing support, including medication administration, infection prevention, wound management, and catheter care.

• Conduct clinical assessments using tools like Waterlow and MUST to build and maintain tailored care plans for residents with complex needs.

Requirements

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

• Proven understanding of clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST) and extensive experience in care planning.

• Strong leadership abilities with a passionate, resident-focused approach to nursing care.
