As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Tesco to help candidates connect with fantastic retail careers. Tesco is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Seasonal Colleague to join the temporary team at their Hemsworth Superstore.

This is a dynamic, people-oriented role offering great variety and everyday challenges. Working across service, picking, and replenishment areas, you will help shoppers experience a fantastic shopping trip every single day.

Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 16 hours per week (guaranteed minimum hours policy applies, with options to discuss flexibility down to 12 hours if preferred).

• Required Availability Window:

  • Every Day (Sunday – Saturday): 16:00 – 24:00

• Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role (due to late-night working hours extending past 9:45 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Put customers first, greeting shoppers with a smile and serving with passion, pride, and natural warmth.

• Store Operations: Work flexibly across store service, online order picking, checkout service, shelf replenishment, and occasional delivery assistance.

• Product Care & Standards: Complete key store routines, understand store performance, and ensure products are handled with care to maintain high quality and reduce waste.

• Team & Community Spirit: Work collaboratively within an inclusive team, building strong relationships and supporting team success.
