Lifestyle Co-ordinator

As a Bank Lifestyle Co-ordinator, you will develop personalized activity plans, organize creative events on a flexible schedule, and encourage residents to pursue hobbies and physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents to identify their personal goals and implement tailored activity programs.

• Organize fun, creative, and physical activities that promote resident independence and active engagement.

• Build connections with families, staff, and local communities to enhance resident experiences within a homely environment.

Requirements

• Creative, enthusiastic, and empathetic nature with a passion for enriching the lives of care residents.

• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and a mature, flexible approach to activity planning.

• Excellent communication skills; experience in activity planning or care is welcome, but full training is provided.
