About the Role

As a Bank Activities Assistant at Snowdrop Place, you will help create a stimulating, vibrant environment that celebrates life and delivers exceptional person-centred care.

Working flexibly as and when required, you will devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities. By getting to know residents and their families personally, you will design programmes focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement both within the home and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging daily activities, events, and entertainment.

• Get to know residents and families to tailor programmes to individual interests and needs.

• Inspire and encourage resident participation with infectious enthusiasm.

• Coordinate community outings and special events (access to your own transport / driving license is desirable for multi-site flexibility).

• Provide flexible bank cover to support the home's activity schedule during leave or busy periods.
