Salary: £77,000 per annum + Lucrative Bonus Structure

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a visionary Home Manager for Mount Vale Care Home. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be given the autonomy, infrastructure, and support to run a commercially successful, high-quality care home. You will lead, motivate, and develop your multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care while building strong links within the local community and ensuring adherence to CQC and safeguarding guidelines.
What You Will Need
Experience: A successful, proven track record in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, ideally managing a "Good" or "Outstanding" rated home.
Knowledge & Compliance: A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Leadership Qualities: Inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively at all levels.
