Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with essential personal care, mobility, and mealtime routines while encouraging personal independence.

• Help implement individualized care plans aimed at supporting residents' unique personal goals and preferences.

• Support residents in engaging with physical activities, hobbies, and social interaction within a homely atmosphere.

Requirements

• A caring, passionate, and collaborative approach centered on placing residents' needs first.

• Strong communication abilities and the flexibility to work ad-hoc day or night shifts as required.

• Enthusiasm for learning and development, with or without prior experience in the care sector.
