About the Role

As an Aldi Store Cleaner, you will play a key role in keeping our store clean, safe, and welcoming for every customer. From clearing litter around the store to cleaning windows and keeping trolleys tidy and ready to go, your efforts directly impact the store's presentation and shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with shoppers.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Keep aisles clear, safe, and easily accessible to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

• General Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties efficiently across the store to support safety and overall appearance.

Skills & Experience

• Positive Attitude: A great mindset is essential; prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required!

• Team Player: Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

• Approachable: Friendly and presentable, representing Aldi well to customers.

• Organized & Efficient: Able to follow a comprehensive cleaning schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.
