Salary: £72,000 per annum + Potential Performance Bonuses up to 100% of Salary + up to £10k Quality Bonuses
Hours: 40.00 hours per week

Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing, and motivating a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding personalised care
Driving commercial success, marketing, and occupancy growth within the home
Maintaining a strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory standards
Forging and nurturing strong, positive links within the local community
About You
To join us as Home Manager, you will need:
Proven experience in care home management, including marketing and occupancy management
A strong track record of running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home
Exceptional organisational, management, and communication skills
A deep understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
An inspiring, compassionate, and resilient leadership style
