As a Service Delivery Coordinator within our corporate operations team in Birchwood, you will play a crucial part in ensuring service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes. Working in alignment with contractual obligations to UK Visas & Immigration (UKV&I), you will coordinate accommodation and support services, managing critical workflows to maintain high operational standards.

Workflow & Repair Management: Ensure appropriate scheduling and prioritization of repairs and defects to internal and external operatives—covering correct work categories, timescales, and recipients in compliance with contractual KPIs (specifically KPIs 5, 6, and 7).
Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate data integrity across IT systems to robustly support operational performance reporting.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, handle daily vendor queries, and escalate issues to the Service Delivery Manager where necessary.
Defect Classification & Resolution: Review classifications of reported defects, re-classify incorrectly categorized items on the IT system, and ensure timely updates/responses are received from repair operatives.
Authority Requests: Ensure all responses to Authority requests are completed fully within contractual timescales.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of priority tasks, autonomously prioritizing your workload to meet tight timescales without prompting.
Technical Skills: Strong ICT proficiency and data management skills.
Vetting Requirements: Full security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required. Note: This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and all employment offers are subject to strict security clearance checks and Home Office approval.
Financial Package: Competitive starting salary of £28,500 per annum.
