About the Role
We are recruiting a Bank General Assistant to provide casual, flexible support at Mount House & Severn View in Shrewsbury.
In this essential and varied role, no two days are the same. You will lend a hand across multiple departments—including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering support—ensuring the home remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming while fitting work around your personal availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across resident rooms and communal areas.
Assist with laundry services, ensuring linens and clothing are cared for and distributed.
Support the catering team with basic kitchen duties, food service, and dining area setup.
Interact warmly with residents to help create a positive, homely atmosphere.
