Pay Rate: £14.17 per hour (with higher weekend pay rates available)

Contract Type: Bank / 0 hours per week (Flexible night shifts to suit your lifestyle)

About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a compassionate Bank Night Care Assistant for Willowcroft in Salisbury.

Working through the night, you will provide a calm, reassuring, and comforting presence for our residents. Whether you are assisting with personal care, supporting nighttime routines, or ensuring a peaceful environment, your kindness and professionalism will make a genuine difference, helping our residents feel safe, secure, and valued around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centred personal care through the night (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).

• Maintain a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for residents while keeping wakeful watch.

• Build genuine, caring relationships and ensure residents' dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.

• Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive night team.

• Experience: Open to both experienced night carers and those completely new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.

• Attributes: Great communication skills, natural empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
