In this role, you will take the lead in one of our popular branded food outlets like Greggs, Subway, or Burger King, supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Being hands-on in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to high brand standards.
Managing daily routines, supporting new starters, and helping your team stay confident, capable, and customer-focused.
Preparing food, managing queues, and solving problems to ensure every customer leaves happy.
What You Will Bring
Food Service Experience: Previous background working in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment.
Customer & Team Focus: A passion for delivering great service, backed by an approachable, encouraging, and supportive leadership style.
Organization & Reliability: Strong organizational skills to keep things running smoothly during busy periods, taking responsibility and leading by example.
