Role Overview
Position: Activities Coordinator
Location: The Lakes Care Centre, Spine Road East, Cirencester, GL7 5TL
Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour (Higher rates of pay at weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

What You Will Be Doing
Creating and delivering an ongoing programme of stimulating activities, events, and entertainment tailored to residents' individual needs and interests.
Getting to know residents personally to discover what they love to do (or used to love to do) and creating new memories with them.
Engaging with the local community, families, friends, and team members to bring people together and enrich the activities calendar.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in organizing events/activities or working with elderly people in a residential setting.
Key Traits: Confident, outgoing, and empathetic, with a natural ability to engage residents on both a group and one-to-one basis.
