About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) representing Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will enjoy complete scheduling flexibility while providing top-tier clinical care at Milford House Care Home. In this casual, part-time position, you'll look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. You will have the freedom and autonomy to make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, administer medicine safely, and create a safe, supportive environment.
What We Are Looking For
To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need:
Current NMC registration (RGN).
Sound knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
