Working flexibly on a casual bank contract, you will bring your dedication and compassion to support daily living tasks, assist with food and drink, follow personal care plans, and spend meaningful one-to-one time sharing special moments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support with daily living and personal care.

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional support.

• Follow tailored care plans and ensure individual dignity and choices are respected.

• Spend quality one-to-one time with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.

• Provide flexible bank cover across day or night shifts as required to support the home.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience of caring for older people.
