Supportive Bridge Staffing is currently recruiting dedicated Bank Support Workers on behalf of Cygnet Hospital Taunton.

Cygnet Hospital Taunton delivers specialist acute inpatient admission services for both men and women, a dedicated male learning disability service, and an expanding male neuro-cognitive service line. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in a supportive inpatient healthcare setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Deliver person-centered physical and emotional support to service users across acute, learning disability, and neuro-cognitive wards.

Assist patients with daily welfare and medical needs, maintaining accurate records and reporting changes to senior nursing staff.

Encourage independence, engagement, and personal development in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Adhere strictly to safeguarding protocols and maintain a clean, secure clinical space.

Requirements

Intuitive, resilient, and adaptable approach to flexible shift patterns.

Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (funded/processed prior to placement).
