Salary & Key Details
Salary: £13.46 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time (36 hours per week, including alternate weekends)

Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant
Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
Administer medication safely and accurately.
Contribute to and review care plans.
Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK (please note we cannot currently offer visa sponsorship).
Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3).
A caring, confident team player with strong leadership qualities.
