🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Flexibank Support Worker, you will step in to provide high-quality, enabling care when the service needs it. Your core responsibilities will include:

Individual Outcome & Wellbeing: Implementing person-centered support plans, promoting independence, managing risks, and encouraging healthy relationships.
Activity Planning: Developing flexible, engaging activities that promote autonomy and personal growth.
Health & Lifestyle: Supporting individuals to maintain healthy lifestyles and manage their physical and emotional health needs.
Medication Management: Safely overseeing medication processes and supporting individuals with self-administration.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication and keeping detailed, person-centered records.
Safety & Environment: Maintaining a clean, safe living environment in line with health and safety protocols.
