About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Carer for Weystone Manor Care Home.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. You will lead a shift team by providing training, conducting supervisions, and delegating duties. Your responsibilities will also include administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising closely with GPs, district nursing teams, and family members. You will always champion the dignity and independence of our residents while contributing to a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted and compassionate leader committed to high-standard, individualized care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working within a residential care setting.
Skills: Proven team leadership capabilities and the decisive judgment needed to support resident wellbeing. (Plus, excellent opportunities for career progression into Care Practitioners, Community Leads, or nursing pathways!)
