About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) specializing in complex care and mental health for flexible bank placements in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.
In this role, you will bring in-depth mental health and clinical expertise to a multidisciplinary team within a complex care setting. You will enjoy the autonomy to deliver high-quality, person-centered care—from helping new residents settle in and formulating tailored care plans to carrying out complex clinical procedures and ensuring residents maintain their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing specialist clinical and mental health expertise within a multidisciplinary complex care team.
Formulating, reviewing, and updating tailored care plans and detailed clinical risk assessments.
Executing a wide range of clinical tasks and administering medication safely in line with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Upholding regulatory frameworks including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Supporting new residents as they settle into the care environment and ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity.
Providing flexible bank cover for planned or unplanned staff absences across day or night shifts.
About You
Registration: Current, active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
Clinical Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, dementia care, MCA/DoLS frameworks, and pharmaceutical guidance.
Skills: Proven experience in complex care, creating robust care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and making autonomous clinical decisions.
