About the Role
We are recruiting a full-time Housekeeping Assistant for a permanent position at Chater Lodge Care Home in Stamford.
In this essential role, you will help create a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your hard work directly impacts the daily comfort, well-being, and dignity of everyone living and working in the home.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of daily housekeeping and deep-cleaning tasks across resident rooms and communal areas.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the care home.
Take pride in maintaining a warm, tidy, and welcoming atmosphere.
Interact warmly with residents, respecting their personal space and privacy.
About You
To excel as a Housekeeping Assistant, you should have:
A caring, friendly, and approachable nature with good practical housekeeping skills.
