Front of House Team Member (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is looking for a warm and vibrant Front of House Team Member to join a premier Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Edinburgh, UK. In this role, you will be the face of the club, responsible for making an outstanding first impression and delivering exemplary customer care to all members and guests.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will support operations on an ad-hoc schedule to suit facility requirements. You will create a welcoming, professional atmosphere across both the main reception desk and club café, ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, handling face-to-face and telephone inquiries with care and efficiency.

• Assist in the club café by preparing and serving healthy food options, fresh beverages, and maintaining service standards.

• Provide poolside coverage during lifeguard breaks, ensuring continuous monitoring of wetside areas after completing site training.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with basic proficiency in IT programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to undergo required on-site lifeguard coverage training.

• Customer-focused, flexible attitude with strong initiative and a friendly, confident demeanor.
