About the Role
As a Driver Trainer representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Biggleswade, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the safety, standards, and success of our driving team. In this specialist role requiring an HGV licence, you will guide, mentor, and train our drivers to ensure they deliver top-tier service safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training and assessments for drivers to maintain our high standards of safety and service.
Guide team members through best practices in vehicle handling, transport regulations, and route efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the transport management team to identify training needs and support driver development.
Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork across the depot.
What You Need to Apply
A valid HGV licence.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and bringing out the best in people.
Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of transport safety and compliance.
A proactive, professional, and supportive approach to teamwork.
