The Role
Are you an experienced sales and relationship professional looking for a meaningful career where you can drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and guide families through important life decisions? As the Client Liaison Manager, your primary focus will be managing the sales and marketing processes within the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the department while meeting and exceeding budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that sales targets and marketing deadlines are met while strictly adhering to Avery brand standards.
Responding promptly to general sales and marketing inquiries from colleagues and customers across all channels (including brochure requests and internet inquiries).
Maintaining and updating the pipeline of potential residents to accurately track occupancy timelines and maximize revenue.
Developing new local contacts and maintaining regular, close relationships with key care influencers.
About You

Requirements:
A full UK and clean driving licence.
Strong negotiation skills and expertise.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
The ability to effectively prioritize your own workload.
Ideally, a background in a previous sales position.
