What You’ll Do

• Support Our Shoppers: Act as a helpful Lidl expert, answering questions and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

• Keep the Store Stocked: Efficiently unpack and organize deliveries as they arrive in store.

• Bake Fresh Goods: Proactively help run the bakery area, keeping shelves topped up with warm, fresh baked goods.

• Organize the Middle Aisle: Present and maintain the ever-popular, fast-moving selection of middle-aisle Non-Food products.

• Pitch In as a Team: Work closely with your colleagues to keep the entire store looking clean, tidy, and organized.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail or hospitality is great, but a great work ethic is what truly counts!).

• Friendly customer service skills and a warm, helpful manner.

• The flexibility to work various shifts, which may include starting early or finishing late.

• A positive, adaptable attitude to handle changing priorities on the shop floor.

• A drive to work hard, support your colleagues, and make your store a local success.
