Role Description

As a Scrub Practitioner / ODP, you will deliver expert perioperative support across a broad range of surgical specialties, ensuring high safety standards and an exceptional patient experience throughout the surgical pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality scrub assistance and perioperative care within a multidisciplinary surgical team.

• Support, guide, and supervise junior team members to promote ongoing professional standards.

• Utilize advanced surgical technology and equipment while ensuring evidence-based clinical practices.

Requirements

• Active registration with the NMC or HCPC as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).

• Proven post-registration experience in a scrub role within an active theatre environment.

• Strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork capabilities.
