Paediatric Health Care Assistant (Tracheostomy Specialist)
Location: Sutton, SM1 & SM5, Greater London (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Part-time available
Shifts: Flexible 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £16.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide expert one-to-one complex care for a child with a tracheostomy in the Sutton area. (Note: This is dedicated home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred care tailored to a child with complex clinical needs in their own home.
Use your initiative, clinical skills, and proactive approach to ensure a safe, calm, and reassuring environment.
Work closely within a small, consistent core team of regular care staff dedicated to a single client per shift.

What We Are Looking For
At least 6 months of healthcare experience, with prior tracheostomy experience required (paediatric background is a strong bonus).
A compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality who is ready for a rewarding clinical challenge.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
