Position: Bank Night Care Assistant / Night Carer
Location: Beckside Care Home, Middle Street, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9QX
Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (with higher weekend pay rates available)
Contract Type: Bank / 0 hours per week (Flexible night shifts to suit your lifestyle)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a compassionate Bank Night Care Assistant for Beckside Care Home in North Hykeham.
Situated in a quiet residential area overlooking the beautiful village green, Beckside offers first-class residential, nursing, and respite care for 57 residents. Working through the night, you will provide a calm, reassuring, and comforting presence, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and valued around the clock.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care through the night (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Maintain a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for residents while keeping wakeful watch.
Build genuine, caring relationships and ensure residents' dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive night team.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Open to both experienced night carers and those completely new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
Attributes: Great communication skills, natural empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Readiness: A willingness to learn, complete comprehensive induction training, and build a rewarding career path with ongoing development.
