About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing continuous care, comfort, and security to residents during the night hours, ensuring their dignity and well-being are prioritized around the clock.
Your key duties will include:
Nighttime Personal Care: Assisting residents with bedtime routines, night checks, mobility, and personal care according to individual care plans.
Comfort & Reassurance: Providing warm companionship and reassurance to residents who wake up or experience distress during the night.
Monitoring & Documentation: Keeping accurate nighttime records and reporting any changes in resident health or well-being to the senior night team.
Safety & Environment: Maintaining a quiet, peaceful, and safe atmosphere conducive to rest and comfort throughout the home.
About You

Key Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience caring for older people in a care home or residential setting.
Attributes: Compassionate nature, patience, reliability, and a calm, "can-do" approach during night shifts.
