Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading daily kitchen operations, including stock control, food cost guidelines, and menu planning.
Prepare nutritious, diet-sensitive meals tailored to residents' specific health and personal preferences using fresh seasonal produce.
Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen team members while maintaining strict compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a chef in a fast-paced environment using fresh produce.
Solid understanding of food hygiene standards and experience managing specialized dietary requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
